Readiness is essential for new learning. Knowing you'll be learning in a new way, from inside of yourself, helps you engage with curiosity. Every moment is new. The Practices are intended to be fun & enjoyable. Skills that allow you to go through the "layers" inside of you without judgment. Another attitude we cultivate is Trust. As you Trust yourself, you cultivate discernment, and open higher frequencies of inner communication.

What brings you here? People come to Mindful Living Studio for several reasons. 
  • expand their current level of functioning for greater ease, enjoyment, and effectiveness
  • recover from illness or pain 
  • bridge Newtonian to Quantum functioning ​

Basic Requirements
  • Cultivate Curiosity & Healthy Skepticism.
  • Apply the Attitudes of Mindfulness.​
  • Commit to a Daily Practice. Practice duration is determined by each individual. Time ranges from 10 min to 45 minutes daily.
  • Explore 5 formal practices. You'll choose from these for your Formal Daily Practice.
  • Go Slow. Cultivate Ease. Transformation is not a destination. It is a process.

​Mindful Living Studio programs
are rooted in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program and other proven practices. Since studying with the founder of the MBSR in mid-1990, I have continually observed the profound impact on well-being & effectiveness of anyone willing to stop striving and learn integrative lifestyle management skills. Living with ease aligns us with The Field of Universal Consciousness. It's what we're here on earth to learn.

Along with the MBSR, the core curriculum, RestWise RiseWise Program includes:
  • Practices creating Neuroplasticity reshaping the brain for higher function
  • Trauma-informed Practices to clear old programming in the physiology
  • Structural Integration to heal and prepare the body for energy flow
  • Vagus Nerve Toning to connect the head & gut with the heart
  • Cerebrospinal Fluid Flow enhancement to align with The Wave
  • Internal Family Systems welcoming all parts of ourselves into wholeness
  • Energetic Frequency Healing to expand frequency band
  • Integral Yoga of Sri Aurobindo: Conscious Evolution
  • Nadi or energy structure activation to awaken the subtle body
  • DNA restructuring & activation to adjust codes


Three Stages of Transformation
The Purgative Stage: We learn to Nonjudgmentally release the past to set ourself free of conditioned influences. We learn to forgive ourself and others. We begin clearing any trauma codes and toning the nervous system. Mind as Conscious Regulator activates as we clear the inner landscape and enter Coherence, a harmonic field of Presence. We learn to RestWise. Be Present and Discover how to playfully engage resistance that aligns us with Flow.  

The Illuminative Stage: As we begin to embody Mind as the conscious regulator, we awaken to Consciousness as The Observer, our Wise inner ally & advisor. We may access the bridge. Able to perceive or witness the "two worlds" of conscious and unconscious. We glimpse The Field.

The Unitive Stage: We begin to embody Clarity of Purpose as an individual human aligned with Universal Consciousness. We RiseWise cultivating Action through Resonance in Union with others experiencing Coherence with The Field. We enter "the wave" to transform collapsed particles. We take Command of our life. We individuate. ​
