Meditation: An Introduction
This 4 hour introductory Meditation Program offers history, medical research, meditation techniques and guided practice sessions in the spirit of Mindfulness. Practice sessions will include mindful movement, sitting practice, walking meditation and eating meditation. You will be encouraged to developed a regular meditation practice.
The program provides instruction and practice time to deepen meditation experience utilizing mindfulness practice.
