- Towards the end of the 90-day program, we gather again at a holistic healing oasis set in a secluded valley beside an enchanting stream. This 330-acre private nature reserve in the heart of the Catskill mountains is about 2 hours north of NYC by car. A local airport is near the retreat center.

- Personal assessment with customized video of individualized practices to support your unique needs of Mind Body Being.
- Private sessions in Integral Yoga Therapy & Thai Yoga Therapy, Directional Healing Frequency Balancing, and more.

- Your own props to support mindful movement will be sent to the first retreat location. Then, sent home with you for your daily practice!
- Your own secure private portal for recordings, videos, and notes of your individual sessions.
- Access to a private online course platform for your group.

If you are somewhat stuck then your practice may be more about recruiting right action to meet yourself in your stuckness or impatience or any other way you recognize you are not free to be authentically you. This program will reveal to you, inside of you, where you are getting in your own way. False beliefs, unconscious patterns, and unskillful actions are observed nonjudgmentally, with compassion, and then released. We are not trying to find what's out of balance but we may notice imbalances as they arise. We all have them. And we can learn to let them go. Simple. Not easy. Especially in the early stages of practice. This takes courage. We learn to show up for ourselves from moment to moment. To be present with Presence as Being, the True Nature.

What's in the digital eCourse:
The Mind Body Being Integration eCourses includes video, audio and text. The courses provide and guide 5 primary ways to practice mindfulness. Mindful movement is explored different ways with a focus on Vessel Yoga to open the energy channels where stress. mental, and emotional imbalances are stored. Course materials are designed to support your learning during formal practices with high transfer of learning to informal practice or mindful living moment-by-moment. I taught this course in academia and corporate wellness programs for many years. My own experience and research reveal it is profoundly impactful on improving quality of life and life satisfaction. The curriculum works when you show up for yourself consistently!
Practice Time:
The time you spend is always your choice. A minimum formal practice of 12-minutes daily is suggested. Research indicates 45 minutes six days weekly is most effective for optimal results.
Formal Practices is when you intentionally stop doing in order to practice Being. This is discussed in the first course module. You will discover this kind, yet immensely powerful program respects your individuality and provides a clear path to integrative learning.
Initially, the most challenging part for most participants is making the practice a priority by taking time to do the lessons and look inside where real learning occurs. We may be addicted to looking outside to what others are doing and thinking. We may be abandoning ourselves by numbing out with TV, movies, books, excess socializing and other activities. This is called conditioning. It's a kind of programming by the world. If you have these behaviors then it's likely you didn't choose them but you fell into the behavior pattern. We can learn from others but any real learning is from inside through the Light of Awareness. It's when we're conscious of how we are making choices. Every time we choose to practice mindfulness we rewire our brain and body towards greater freedom and enjoyment of life.
